  1. Create a Spotlight and adjust the Cone Angle to make it targeted on one small area.
  2. Add an Exponential Height Fog and put the Density up to 3.
  3. Enable the Volumetric Fog option in the Exponential Height Fog Settings. 
  4. Adjust your light to change the Light Shaft shape.
